The Mature H.O.T Women program is designed for women who are Health-conscious, Optimistic, and Triumphant.
The Men Moving program focuses on men who are seeking a healthy, generative, and supportive movement environment.
This season both programs combine into Master Classes to provide technical training and repertory workshops to strengthen the body, challenge the mind, and nourish the spirit through a synergy of modern and African dance techniques. This program is intergenerational.
Mature H.O.T. Women and Men Moving 2023/24 Information & Schedule
Two key changes this season is 1) the combination of Mature H.O.T. Women and Men Moving into one class and 2) the rotation of Master Classes twice a month. This means that, every two weeks, you will have the opportunity to explore a new dimension of your artistry. Be ready to explore, learn, and create in new and exciting ways.

Tuition
In order to provide sustainable programming Deeply Rooted provides a reduced tuition rate of $40 per Master Class. This fee covers master class instructors, studio rental and administrative cost.
Summer Schedule
Mature H.O.T Women
Deeply Rooted Dance Theater’s Mature H.O.T Women division is a four week program designed for women who are Health-conscious, Optimistic, and Triumphant. The program provides technical training and repertory workshops to strengthen the body, challenge the mind, and nourish the spirit through a synergy of modern, ballet, and African dance techniques. The program meets twice a week. Participants will complete their training within our four week program ending in culminating performances.
Men Moving
Deeply Rooted Dance Theater’s Men Moving division is a four week program that is designed for men who are seeking a healthy, generative, and supportive movement environment. The program provides technical training and repertory workshops to strengthen the body, challenge the mind, and nourish the spirit through combining modern and African dance techniques. Participants will complete their training within our four week program ending in culminating performances.
